በኖርዌይ የሚኖሩ ኢትዮጲያውያን እኔም እንዳርጋቸው ጽጌ ነኝ በሚል ታላቅ ሕዝባዊ ውይይት አደረጉ

ቅዳሜ ጁለይ 12/2014 በዲሞክራሲያዊ ለውጥ በኢትዮጵያ ድጋፍ ድርጅት በኖርዌይ አዘጋጅነት ሁላችንም እንዳርጋቸው ጽጌዎች ነን በሚል አላማ በኖርዌ የሚገኙ ኢትዮጵያውያን የግንቦት 7፣ የፍትህ፣ የነፃነትና የዲሞክራሲ ንቅናቄ ዋና ፀሐፊ አቶ አንዳርጋቸው ጽጌ በየመን የደንነት ሀይሎች መታፈንና ለአምባገነኑ የወያኔ መንግስት ታላልፈው መሰጠታቸውን በተመለከተ ወደ ፊት ምን ማድረግ እንዳለባቸው ከተለያዩ ከተሞች በመሰባሰብ በኖርዌ ኦስሎ ለአምስት ሰዓታት የፈጀ ውይይት ሲያደርጉ ውለዋል::

ሕዝባዊ ውይይቱ ከቀኑ 15: 00 ሰአት ላይ የተጀመረ ሲሆን ቁጥራቸው በርከት ያሉ ኢትዮጵያኖች የአቶ እንዳርጋቸው ምስል ያለበትና ሁላችንም እንዳርጋቸው ጽጌዎች ነን የሚል ጹሁፍ የተጻፉበትን ቲሸርት በመልበስ ለስብሰባው ድምቀት የሰጡት ሲሆን ለአቶ አንዳርጋቸው ያላቸውንም የትግል አጋርነት አስማስክራዋል እነዚህን ቲሸርቶች የዲሞክራሲያዊ ለውጥ በኢትዮጵያ ድጋፍ ድርጅት በኖርዌይ የበርገን ቅርንጫፍ በራሳቸው አነሳሽነት የሰሩ ሲሆን የድጋፍ ድርጅታችን ወጪውን በመሸፈን ለተሰብሳቢው በነጻ ኣድሏል።

ስብሰባውን የዲሞክራሲያዊ ለውጥ በኢትዮጵያ ድጋፍ ድርጅት በኖርዌይ ሕዝብ ግንኙነት አላፊ አቶ አቢ አማራ በሃያ ሶስት አመታት በወያኔ ጨካኝ አገዛዝ በግፍ ለተገደሉትና በግፍ ለሚሰቃይዩ ወገኖቻችን የአንድ ደቂቃ የህሊና ፀሎት በማስደረግ አስጀምረውታል በመቀጠልም አቶ ዮሀንስ አለሙ የዲሞክራሲያዊ ለውጥ በኢትዮጵያ ድጋፍ ድርጅት በኖርዌ ሊቀመንበር በስብሰባው ላይ የተገኛውን ሕዝብ እንኮን ደህና መጣችሁ በማለትና በማመስገን ፐሮግራሙን በንግግር የከፈቱት ሲሆን አቶ ዮሀንስ በንግግራቸው የወያኔ መንግስት በአቶ አንዳርጋቸው ላይ ባደረሰው አፈና ግንቦት 7 የክተት አዋጅ ማስተላለፉን ጠቅሰው አንባገነኑ የወያኔ መንግስት በአሁን ሰአት በሀገር ቤት በሰላማዊ ትግል እየታገሉ ባሉ ታጋዮች ላይ ሳይቀር እስር እያደረሰባቸው እንዳለ በማመልከት ሰሞንኑን እንኮን የሰመያዊ፣ የአንድነት፣ የአራና የፖለቲካ ድርጅት ከፍተኛ አመራሮች ለስር ተዳርገዋል ብለዋል::

ስለሆነም ህዝባችንን ለእስር እያደረገ ያለውን አገዛዝ ለመቃወም ሁሉም በአንድነት መሰባሰብ እንዳለበት አጠንክረው በመናገር በአሁን ሰአት የአቶ አንዳርጋቸው በወያኔ መታፈንና መታሰር መላውን ኢትዮጵያ ዳር እስከ ዳር እያንቀሳቀሰውና ሕዝቡም እኔም አንዳርጋቸው ጽጌ ነኝ በማለት በስፋት እየተንቀሳቀሰ እንደሆነ ጠቅሰው በአሁን ሰአት ትግሉ የግንቦት 7 ብቻ አይደለም ይህን ትግል በዚሁ አንድ ሆነን መቀጠል እለብን ብለዋል::

በመቀጠል አቶ ደባስ የዲሞክራሲያዊ ለውጥ በኢትዮጵያ ድጋፍ ድርጅት በኖርዌይ አባል የአቶ አንዳርጋቸውን ከወጣት እድሜያቸው ጀምሮ ያለውን የፖለቲካ አካሄድ አቶ እንዳርጋቸው ጽጌ ማን ነው ? በሚል ርእስ የአቶ አንዳርጋቸውን የትግል ጉዞ የሚዳስስ ዘገባ ሰፋ ባለ ትንታኔ በጹሁፍ ያቀረቡ ሲሆን በስብሰባው ላይ የኢሀፓ ፣ የአርበኞች ግንባር፣ የሸንጎ ፣የስደተኛው ማህበር ተወካዮች እና ሌሎችም ሰዎች በየተራ ንግግር ያደረጉ ሲሆን የየድርጅቷቹም ተወካዮች የግንቦት 7፣ የፍትህ፣ የነፃነትና የዲሞክራሲ ንቅናቄ ዋና ፀሐፊ አቶ አንዳርጋቸው ጽጌ በወያኔ መታፈንና ለእስር መዳረግን በተመለከተ የድርጅታቸውን አቋም ለተሰብሳቤው ያስረዱ ሲሆን የሁሉም ፖርቲ ተወካይች በአቶ አንዳርጋቸው መታፈንና ለእስር መደረግ ማዘናቸውን ገልጸው ሁሉም በአንድነት በመተባበር በማንኛውም የትግል እንቅስቃሴ የወያኔንን መንግስት ማስወገድ እንዳለባቸው አጽንኦት በመስጠት ተናግረዋል::

በየፕሮግራሞቹ መሀል ግጥሞችና ሌሏችም ፕሮግራሞች ቀርበው የመጀመሪያው ዞር ተጠናቋል::ከ30 ደቂቃ የእረፍት የሻይ እና የቡና ፕሮግራም በኋላ የሁለተኛው ክፍለ ጊዜ ፕሮግራም በተያዘለት ጊዜ ተጀምሮ የፕሮግራሙን ተሳታፊዎች ያሰተፈ ፕሮግራም በአቶ አብዱ የሱፍ የዲሞክራሲያዊ ለውጥ በኢትዮጵያ ድጋፍ ድርጅት በኖርዌይ ስታቫንገር ቅርንጫፍ ምክትል ሊቀመንበር ከግንቦት 7 የፍትህ፣ የነፃነትና የዲሞክራሲ ንቅናቄ የተሰጠ ልዩ መግለጫና ተግባሪዊ የመጀመሪያ እርከን የትግል ጥሪን ካብራሩ በኋላ ለተሰብሳቢው ለውይይት በማቅረብ በኖርዌ የምንኖር ኢትዮጵያኖች ይህን የትግል ጥሪ ለማስፈጸም ምን እናድርግ በማለት ለውይይት አቅርበው የፕሮግራሙ ተሳታፊዎች በአቶ ዮሀንስ የዲሞክራሲያዊ ለውጥ በኢትዮጵያ ድጋፍ ድርጅት በኖርዌ ሊቀመንበር አወያይ አማካኝነት በስፋት ተወያይተውበታል ::

ተሰብሳቢውም በብዙ ነገሮች ከተወያዩ በኋላ ይሄ ግንቦት 7 ያወጣውን የመጀመሪያ እንከን የትግል ጥሪ ተግባራዊ በየቦታው አለም አቀፍ ታክስ ፎርሶች እየተቋቋሙ እንዳለና በኖርዌይም ይህንኑ ጥሪ ተግባራዊ ለማድረግ የሁሉንም የፖለቲካ ድርጅቷች ያካተተ ታክስ ፎርስ እንዲቋቋም ተወስኖል:: በመቀጠልም በተሰብሰቢዎች በተመረጡ ሰዎች የተጻፋ ባለ ስድስት አሃዝ የተሰብሳቢው የአቋም መግለጫ ለጉባሄው በጹሁፍ ቀረቦል:: ተሰብሳቢው ያወጣው የአቋም መግለጫ

1. ሁላችንም አንዳርጋቸው ወይም አንድ አርጊያቸው ነን ስንል ለነፃነት፣ ለእኩልነት፣ ለፍትህና ለዲሞክራሲ በሐገራችን ኢትዮጵያ ለማስፈን የሚከፈለውን መስዋእትነት ሁሉ ለመክፈል ዝግጁዎች ነን ማለታችን ነው።
2. የተለያዩ የፖለቲካና ሲቪክ ማህበራት የሚያደርጉትን መጠላለፍ እንዲቀርና በጋራ ወይም አንድ በመሆን እንዲሰሩ ግፊት እናደርጋለን።
3. ለሚቀርብልን ሐገርን የማዳን ጥሪ ዝግጁ መሆናችንን እንገልፃለን።
4. የየመን መንግስት ከአለም አቀፍ ህግ ጋራ የሚፃረር ስራ በመስራት አቶ አንዳርጋቸው ፅጌን ለወያኔ አሳልፎ በመስጠት የሰራውን ወንጀል ለዓለም አቀፍ ህግ የማቅረብ ስራ በጋራ እንደምንሰራ።
5. የአቶ አንዳርጋቸው ፅጌ በወያኔ መታፈን ትግሉን የበለጠ እንደሚያጠናክረውና ወደ ውጤት እንዲያመራ የበኩላችንን አስተዋፅኦ እናደርጋለን።
6. ወያኔ የተለያየ ምክንያት በመፍጠር ኢትዮጵያውያንን እስርቤት ማስገባቱን እንዲቀርና የታሰሩትን ያለምንም ቅድመ ሁኔታ እንዲፈታ እንጠይቃለን በማለት የአቋም መግለጫ አውጥተዋል ።

በመጨረሻም አቶ ዳንሄል አበበ የዲሞክራሲያዊ ለውጥ በኢትዮጵያ ድጋፍ ድርጅት በኖርዌይ ምክትል ሰብሳቢ የዲሞክራሲያዊ ለውጥ በኢትዮጵያ ድጋፍ ድርጅት በኖርዌይ የአቋም መግለጫ ለተሰብሳቢው በጹሁፍ ያሰሙ ሲሆን በንግግራቸውም አቶ እንዳርጋቸው ጽጌ ለኢትዮጵያ አንድነትና ነጻነት የቋሙ የነጻነት ታጋይ ናቸው እኔም እንዳርጋቸው ጽጌ ነኝ የምንል ሁሉ ለሃያ ሶስት አመታት ህዝብን በዘረኝነት የከፋፈለውን ወያኔን በቃ ልንለው ይገባል ካሉ በኋላ በኢትዮጵያ ከመቸውም ጊዜ በላይ አፈና፣ ግድያው፣ እስራቱ መጨመሩን በመናገር ይኼን ጨቋኝና አፋኝ ስርአት ለማስወገድ እንነሳ በማለት ጥሪ ያስተላለፉ ሲሆን በመጨረሻ እኔ እንዳርጋቸው ጽጌ ነኝ እናንተስ በማለት የፕሮግራሙን ተሳታፊ በመጠየቅ ፕሮግራሙ በተያዘለት ሰዓት ከምሽቱ 20:00 ተጠናቋል ::

እኛ ሁላችንም እንዳርጋቸው ጽጌዎች ነን!!!

Declaration of stand

Ethiopians in Norway held a public meeting to discuss and chart out the future course of action and responsive measures to be taken following the Yemeni abduction and handover of ato Andargachew Tsige, the secretary general of the Ginbot 7 movement for freedom, justice and democracy.

The meeting was organized by the Democratic Change in Ethiopia Support Organization in Norway (DCESON), held on the 12th of July 2014, attended by the participants that came from the different towns and cities in Norway and lasted for several hours. The meeting started at 15;00 (3:00 p.m.) local time and many of the participants wore T-shirts bearing the portrait of ato Andargachew Tsige and maxim `I am also Andargachew Tsige. This made the meeting splendid and glamorous.

The T-shirts represent the symbols for the solid expressions of the participants` resolve and support for the struggle and the sacrifices ato Andargachew is paying. The T-shirts were made by the Bergen branch of the DCESON and the DCESON had covered all the expenses incurred and made them available to the participants free of charge. .

The meeting started following a minute of silence held to remember all the victims of the 23 years of the brutal rule of the TPLF. Ato Abie Amare who is in charge of the public relations division of the DCESON called the minute of silence. Following this, ato Yohannes Alemu, chairman of the DCESON welcomed and thanked the participants and started his speech. He spoke about Ginbot 7`s recent all out call for practical actions, responses and campaigns against the TPLF regime following the latter`s abduction of ato Andarachew Tsige.

He also mentioned that the TPLF regime has also arrested the opposition politicians of the UDJP, Semayawi partyand Arena and engaged in the peaceful struggle in Ethiopia and stressed the importance of a united struggle to get rid of the oppressive TPLF rule.. The abduction of ato Andargachew Tsige has triggered public anger and created the strong feeling of unity. Thus the struggle belongs not all to Ginbot 7 but also all Ethiopians. Thus the struggle is uniting us and we should continue it in this spirit of unity.

The next speaker was ato Debas, member of the DCESON and he dealt with the struggles of ato Andargachew Tsige since his youth hood under the topic `who is Andargachew Tsige?. Representatives of the EPRP, Shengo and Patriotic Front addressed the participants. They expressed solidarity and emphasized the need for a united struggle to remove the TPLF regime. Poems and speeches were also included in the day`s program until the break that lasted for 30 minutes.

The second part of the meeting started after the break of 30 minutes. Ato Abdu Yussuf deputy chairman of the DCESON Stavanger branch highlighted the first phase calls and action programs the GINBOT 7 has issued recently, suggested a discussion on the steps to be taken to implement them. Ato Yohannes Alemu presided over this discussion. Moreover, the participants discussed a range of issues and it was noted that international task forces are being set up all over to implement the first phase of Ginbot7`s call for action. Thus, the participants also decided to set up a task force consisting of members from the different political organizations.In the end, the participants decided to adopt and issue a 6 point declaration of a stand.

1. When we say that we are all Andargachew, we are committed to the struggle for freedom, democracy and justice in our country, Ethiopia and are willing to pay all the sacrifices needed.

2. Call on and urge all the political organizations and civil societies to end their squabbles, divisions and create unity..We will apply pressure on them to realize this goal

3.We would like express our full readiness to respond to all the national calls to save our country.

4. We will work together to bring the Yemeni government to international justice for its violation of international and human rights laws by abducting and handing over ato Andargachew to the TPLF regime in Ethiopia..

5.The abduction and incarceration of ato Andargachew of ato Andargachew will only fuel and strengthen the struggle and we will express our commitment to actively contribute to it.

6. Call for the halting of all arrests and immediate and unconditional release of all political prisoners in Ethiopia.
Finally, ato Daniel Abebe the vice chairman of the DCESON made concluding remarks on ato Andargachew`s struggle for freedom, democracy, unity and justice. It is time to bring to its end the 23 year brutal, racist, divisive and fascistic rule of the TPLF and urged all to unite and end the rule.

The meeting ended at 20:00 (8:00 p.m.) local time.

All of us are Andargachew Tsige.

54 Days in Prison and Counting for Ethiopia’s Zone 9 Bloggers

It has been 54 days since six members of the Zone Nine blogging collective [am] and three journalists believed to be associated with the group were arrested in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The group formed in 2012 in an effort to report on and increase public discussion about political and social issues affecting a diverse cross-section of Ethiopian society.

On their Facebook page, they describes themselves as young Ethiopians seeking to use fact-based reporting and analysis to create a new, more nuanced narrative of life in Ethiopia today:

Zone9 is an informal group of young Ethiopian bloggers working together to create an alternative independent narration of the socio-political conditions in Ethiopia and thereby foster public discourse that will result in emergence of ideas for the betterment of the Nation

The bloggers have appeared in court at four times since their arrest on April 25, 2014 — their next court date has been set for July 12, 2014. Each time, police have asked for more time to carry out their investigation of the group. Although they have been informally accused of “working with foreign organizations that claim to be human rights activists and agreeing in idea and receiving finance to incite public violence through social media,” they have been issued no formal charges as of yet. Close friends and allies of the group fear that they will be charged with terrorism, similar to journalists Eskinder Nega and Reeyot Alemu, both Ethiopian journalists who have been in prison since 2011.

Following their arrest, Global Voices Online released a statement calling for their release,invited supporters to join the #FreeZone9Bloggers campaign through letter-writing and online efforts, and organised the FreeZone9Bloggers Tweetathon on May 14, 2014.

As the Zone9 bloggers continue to languish in jail, the Ethiopian government is allegedly training bloggers to attack those who criticise the government online:

The Ethiopian Government is trying to reduce online criticism by training recruits to attack information on the web that are critical of its administration, the Ethiopian Satellite Television Service (ESAT) reported.

According to the report, in the second round of new recruits, 235 bloggers were trained in Adama on Facebook and other social media sites on how to shape public opinion by posting comments and documents that support the regime.

The training was given to selected people from different ethnic groups who support the regime, and that the trainees report directly to government officials, ESAT said.

So far, the trainees have opened 2,350 Facebook, Twitter and blog accounts to show the Ethiopian regime in a favorable light, and to criticize anti-government articles, websites, the Ethiopian opposition and the Eritrean government

Nigerian British YouTube comedian Ikenna Azuike dedicated an episode of his satirical news show “What’s Up Africa” to the bloggers’ plight. In ”Zone 9 Bloggers Paradise in Ethiopia,” he jests:

In the name of 90,000,000 voiceless, freedom lovers and Justice seekers of Ethiopians, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation and thanks to you, your government, the Swiss Federal office of Justice, and the Swiss people in general for standing by the rule of law and justice, rejecting the extradition of Ethiopian Airlines Co-pilot Hailemedhin Abera and granting him a stay in Switzerland. The Co-pilot diverted his own aircraft on February 17, 2014 and landed safely in Geneva while none of the 202 passengers and crew injured; and to that matter none of them notice the diversion.

Your Excellency:

Hailemedhin, wanted to let the world exactly know and pay attention to the brutality of the current regime, the gross human right violation and heinous crime being committed by the current regime of Ethiopia. Level of atrocity and human rights violation is beyond the limit of tolerance. That is what Hailemedhin wanted to testify, and the Swiss justice system understood very clearly and showed it in its action, we thank you for that. His message was and is clear; he did not do it to advance a better life of his own. He was one of the few privileged who had a good career with stable income to enable him live luxuries life in a country where about 40% of the population live under poverty line. But the suffering of his fellow citizens, mass arrest and torture of journalists, human right defenders, and political leader under fabricated crime, disappearance of citizens without explanation, the regimes impunity towards his critics, would not allow him to sit and see. He did it in a way that international community would understand.

Your Excellency:

In current Ethiopia, under the rule of Tigray People Liberation Front (TPLF), freedom of belief and creed are violated, freedom of expression is jeopardized, critical opinion against the regime is not tolerated, poor farmers are forcefully being evicted from their ancestral land and left to die in bushes, government sponsored ethnic based skirmish are threatening regional stability, and the list goes on. This is a known fact by Western governments but they are deliberately avoiding from holding the dictatorial regime accountable. The Ethiopian situation is very volatile and fragile, if Ethiopia falls into chaos, the whole region will follow, that is what Hailemedhin wanted to portray in his action. Otherwise, he had countless opportunities to seek asylum be it in the United States of America, Canada or Europe.

Your Excellency:

Hailemedhin action was a call to freedom loving countries like Switzerland to listen to the plight of the Ethiopian people. Switzerland listened to his call and rejected the regimes quest for his extradition. We urge the Swiss government to listen to the main call of Hailemedhin and discontinue any association with the current regime of Ethiopia and be exemplary to the rest of the world.

At this juncture, we would like to bring to your attention that the people of Ethiopia are reaching the point of no return. If the present level of atrocities and terror continues by the dictatorial regime and the silence of western governments to the plight of the people, the brutality and abuse of this tyrant regime will continue. We are afraid that the situation could be out of control. This regime has prepared enough recipes that would lead the international community to witness another Rwanda.

Once again, we thank on behalf of 90,000,000 Ethiopians for standing by the rules of law, justice, democracy, human rights and for granting Hailemedhin Abera a stay in Switzerland. We also hope Switzerland will grant him a refugee status.

አባ ዱላ ገመዳና የአዲስ አበባ ከንቲባ ድሪባ ኩማ ፓስፖርታቸውን ተነጥቀው የቁም እስረኞች መሆናቸው ከተለያዩ ምንጮች እየወጡ ያሉ መረጃዎች አመልከተዋል። የጎልጉል ምንጮች ግን ኦህዴድ ውስጥ በከፍተኛ አመራሮች ደረጃ እየተካሄደ ያለው ግምገማ ሲጠናቀቅ በርካታ ባለስልጣኖች ክስ እንደሚመሰርትባቸው ተናግረዋል።

በቀድሞው የኦሮሚያ ፕሬዚዳንት አባ ዱላ ገመዳና በአቶ ድሪባ ላይ ይህ ውሳኔ የተላለፈው አገር ጥለው እንዳይወጡ በሚል ነው። ጎልጉል በቅርቡ ካገር መውጣት የማይችሉ ባለሥልጣኖች እንዳሉ ጠቅሶ መዘገቡ ይታወሳል። ውሳኔው የተላለፈው ሰሞኑን የአዲስ አበባን አዲስ ማስተር ፕላን ለመተግበር የኦሮሚያ ክልል ከተሞች መካተታቸው ይፋ መሆኑን ተከትሎ ከተነሳው ተቃውሞ ጋር በተያያዘ ነው። ከሁለቱ ባለስልጣናት በተጨማሪ ከፍተኛ የክልልና የዞን የኦህዴድ አመራሮችም በደህንነት ቅርብ ክትትል እየተደረገባቸው መሆኑ ተሰምቷል። ካገር መውጣት የማይችሉም አሉ።

አባ ዱላ ኦሮሚያን ሲረከቡ በማክረር አካሄድ የሚታወቁት አቶ ጁነዲን ያዋቀሩትን ካቢኔ በመበተን ሥራቸውን አንድ ብለው ጀመሩ። አዲስ ካቢኔ ሲገነቡ የመረጡት አዲስ የዩኒቨርስቲ ተመራቂዎችንና በክልሉ ውስጥ የሚንቀሳቀሱ የተቀናቃኝ (የተቃዋሚ) ፓርቲ አባላትን በማስኮብለል ነበር። ህወሃት ለሁለት በተበረገደበት ወቅት ለአቶ መለስ ቡድን ድጋፍ በመስጠት ቅድሚያ የያዙት አባ ዱላ ባስቀመጡት ውለታ መሰረት ኦሮሚያ ላይ ያሻቸውን እንዲያደርጉ የሟቹ መለስ ድጋፍ ነበራቸው። በዚህም ድጋፍ ሳቢያ ኦሮሚያ ላይ የሚፈልጉትን ሲያደርጉ ከተባረሩት መካከል የአሁኑ ፕሬዚዳንት ሙክታር ከዲር ይገኙበታል።

“አትደግፉን ነገር ግን የክልሉን ልማት አታደናቅፉ” በማለት አዲስ የመለመሏቸው የተለያየ አመለካከት ያላቸው አዳዲስ የኦህአዴድ አባላት ኦሮሚያን ከአባ ዱላ እጅ ተረከቡ። አባ ዱላ ፍጹም ነጻነት ይሰጡ ስለነበር ካድሬው ወደዳቸው። ስማቸው ተቀይሮ መለያ ተሰጣቸው፤ “ብራንድ” ሆኑ – “ጃርሳው” ተባሉ። በካቢኔያቸውና በሳቸው መካከል የነበረው ፍቅር በነደደበት ወቅት አባ ዱላ ክልሉን እንደሚለቁ ተሰማ። ባለፈው ምርጫ አባ ዱላ ለፌዴራል እንጂ ለክልል እንደማይወዳደሩ ይፋ ሲደረግ ካድሬው ገነፈለ። “የኢህአዴግ ምክር ቤትን ውሳኔ አንቀበልም” በማለት ተቃወመ። ከአንዴም ሁለት ጊዜ ስብሰባ ቢካሄድም ከስምምነት ላይ ሊደረስ ባለመቻሉ ተበተነ። በመጨረሻም ራሳቸው አባ ዱላ በመሩት ስብሳባ ካድሬውን ተማጽነው ነገሩ ረገበ። ይሁን እንጂ ቅርሾ ግን ነበር። ይህንኑ አስመልክቶ “ኦህዴድ/ኢህአዴግ በመደብ ትግል መተላለቅ ጀመረ” በማለት ዘግበን ነበር።

አባ ዱላ ኦሮሚያን ሲመሩ ቆይተው ሲመሻሸ “ይህንን ቤት ይዤ ለመታገል አይመቸኝም” በማለት ቦሌ ያስገነቡትን አስገራሚ ህንጻ ለኦህዴድ አስረከቡ። በከፍተኛ ሙስና ይታሙ ስለነበር ተናዘውና ገብረው ታለፉ። ለፌዴራል ተወዳድረው አፈ ጉባኤ ለመሆን በቁ። በወቅቱ የወ/ሮ አዜብ ድጋፍ ቢኖራቸውም የሼኽ መሐመድ ሁሴን አላሙዲን የቀኝ እጅ የሆኑ ባለስልጣኖች ግን ጠምደዋቸው ነበር። ሙክታር አህመድ አንዱና ዋናው ነበሩ። ከላይ በረከት ስምዖንና አዲሱ ለገሰ አባ ዱላን ከሚቃወሙ መካከል በግንባር ቀደምትነት የሚቀመጡ ናቸው።

በዚህ አጣብቂኝ ውስጥ አልፈው እዚህ የደረሱት አባ ዱላ ሰፊ ቁጥር ያላቸውን ተማሪዎች ህይወት የቀጠፈውን የአዲስ አበባ ማስተር ፕላን አስመልክቶ አምቦ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ተገኝተው ተማሪዎችን ከወ/ሮ አስቴር ማሞ ጋር በመሆን አነጋግረው ነበር። በወቅቱ የተማሪዎቹ ጥያቄ ፍትሃዊ እንደሆነ ሲመሰክሩ፣ ይህንኑ ምስክርነታቸውን ለተለያዩ የአገር ውስጥና የውጪ አገር ሚዲያዎች አሳውቀውም ነበር። አያይዘውም ነፍስ ያለ አግባብ ያጠፉ እንደሚጠየቁ ቃል ገቡ።

የጎልጉል ምንጮች እንዳሉት አባ ዱላ ይህንን ከተናገሩ በኋላ ከፍተኛ ወቀሳ ተሰንዝሮባቸዋል። “ረብሻውን ያስነሱት ራሳቸው የኦህዴድ ካድሬዎች ናቸው” ከሚል ድምዳሜ የደረሰው ኢህአዴግ ችግሩ ከተፈጠረ በኋላ ሰፊ የስለላ ስራ አከናውኗል። “ጥፋተኞቹን ለህግ እናቀርባለን” በማለት መግለጫ ያወጣው ኢህአዴግ በቀጣይ የሚያስራቸውና የሚከሳቸው ባለስልጣኖች አሉ። ምንጮቹ በተለይ አባዱላና የአዲስ አበባ ከንቲባ የሆኑት አቶ ድሪባ ኩማ ላይ ስለሚወሰደው ርምጃ ያሉት ነገር ግን የለም። ክስ ከተመሰረተባቸውና ምርመራው በሰንሰለት ታች ድረስ ከዘለቀ የኦህአዴድ የታችኛው መዋቅር ሊናጋ እንደሚችል ግን ግምታቸውን አኑረዋል። ለምሳሌ ያነሱት ሽፈራው ሽጉጤን ነው። ሽፈራው ሽጉጤ በሙስና እንዲከሰሱ ከተወሰነ በኋላ የታለፉት “የሲዳማ ብሔረሰብ ይነሳል” በሚል እንደሆነ ያወሱት ምንጮች “ክስ ተመስርቶ ምርመራው ቢካሄድባቸው ወ/ሮ አዜብም አሉበት ሲሉ አስቀድመው በምክር ቤት ይፋ በማድረጋቸው ዝምታ ተመርጧል”።

ኦህዴድን ወደ ታች ማዘዝ እንደ ቀድሞው አይቀልም

አዲስ አበባን የሚያሰፋው አዲሱ ማስተር ፕላን ተግባራዊ እንዲሆን ሀሳብ ሲቀርብ ድፍን የኦህዴድ ምክር ቤትና ካቢኔ ተቃውሞ አሰምቷል። በክልሉ ምክር ቤት ደረጃም የተያዘው አቋም ተመሳሳይ ነው። ይህንን እውነት የሚያነሱ ክፍሎች ኢህአዴግ/ህወሃት ስንቱን አስሮና ለፍርድ አቅርቦ ይችለዋል ሲሉ ጥያቄ ይሰነዝራሉ” ቀደም ሲል በምርኮኞች ስብስብ የተቋቋመው ኦህዴድና አሁን ያለው ኦህዴድ የተለያዩ መሆናቸውን ኢህዴግ ችግር ሊገጥመው እንደሚችልም ግምታቸውን ያስቀድማሉ።

አሁን ያለው ኦህአዴድ ከምርኮ አስተሳሰብ የተላቀቀ። አዲስ ትውልድ የተካተተበት፣ በጎሳ አስተሳሰብ የተቃኙ፣ ህወሃት በሚፈልገው መጠን ከመታዘዝ በላይ ወደ ራሳቸው ደምና ጎሳ የተሳቡ፣ ይህንኑ አስተሳሰብ እስከ ቀበሌ መዋቅር ድረስ የተከሉ በመሆናቸው የተወሰኑ የበላይ አመራሮችን በማሰር ችገሩ ሊፈታ እንደማይችል ሰፊ አስተያየት እየተሰጠ ነው። ለዚህም ይመስላል ኢህአዴግ በመደብ መተላላቅ መጀመሩ ይፋ እየሆነ የመጣው።

የመጨረሻው መጀመሪያ

ለጊዜው ይፋ ሆኑ መረጃዎች እንደሚያመክቱት አባዱላና አቶ ድሪባ ኩማ ካገር መውጣት አይችሉም። የተጀመረው ግምገማ ተጠናቆ የሚሆነው ሳይታወቅ በቅርብ ክትትል ስር ናቸው። የጎልጉል ምንጮች እንደጠቆሙት የዞንና ወረዳ መዋቅሮች ላይ ርምጃ ለመውሰድ  ስጋት አለ። ካድሬው ዘንድም መደናገጥ ተፈጥሯል። ህወሃት ውስጥም የአቋም መለያየት ተከስቷል፡፡ በአንድ ወገን ካድሬው እንዳይሸፍትና በቀጣዩ ምርጫ ኢህአዴግን አሳልፎ እንዳይሰጠው ርምጃው የተለሳለሰ መሆን አለበት እየተባለ ነው። በሌላ በኩል ደግሞ ግለ ሂስ በማካሄድ ነገሩን የማርገብና ምርጫውን የማለፍ ስልታዊ አካሄድ አለ። ይሁን እንጂ ኦህዴድ እየተለማመደ ያለው አካሄድ ሌሎችን ትምህርት በሚሰጥ መልኩ ካልታረመ ወደ ፊት ችግሩን ያገዝፈዋል የሚል አቋም የሚያራምዱ መኖራቸው ታውቋል። ህወሃት በዚህ ደረጃ አቋም ለመያዝ አለመቻሉና በርዕዮተ ዓለም መከፋፈል መጀመሩ ለዓመታት በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ የዘራው መርዝ መልሶ ራሱን ሊያጠፋው አፉን መክፈቱ የሚጠቁም ነው፡፡ በመሆኑም በአሁኑ ወቅት “ኢህአዴግ በርዕዮተ ዓለም መበላላት መጀመሩ ይፋ እየሆነ ነው” የሚለው ከተለያዩ አቅጣጫዎች የሚነሳ ዓቢይ ጉዳይ ሆኗል፡፡

ህወሃት በነጻ አውጪ ስም ታግሎ ኢትዮጵያን መግዛት የጀመረበትን 23ኛ ዓመት በዓሉን እያከበረ ነው። ወዳጆቹና መሪዎቹ ባስቀመጡት እቅድ መሰረት ኢትዮጵያን “በመተካካትና በተሃድሶ” ስም ራሱን እያገላበጠ ለመግዛት የቆረጠው ጊዜ በትንሹ 40 ዓመታት እንደሆነ ይታወቃል። አሁን ባለው የሰረገላው ጉዞ ኢህአዴግ ከ40 – 23 ከመቀነሱ ውጪ አሰበበት ስለመድረሱ መገመት የሚያስችል ምልክት የለም። እንደውም ስጋት እንጂ።

ሲጀመር “የገበሬ ተሟጋች” ነኝ በማለት ራሱን የአርሶ አደሩ ወኪል አድርጎ የተነሳው ህወሃት፣ ኢህአዴግ ሆኖ አገር መግዛት ሲጀምር ያስቀደመው የብሄር ብሄረሰቦችን የመብት ጥያቄ እንደ ውዳሴ ጸሎት በመደጋገም ነበር። በዚሁ በጎሳ ላይ ተመስርቶ በቋንቋ የተቆለፈው የአገዛዝ ስልት ሲጀመር ማስጠንቀቂያ የሰጡ፣ ለመታገል የሞከሩ፣ የታገሉ፣ ያስተባበሩ፣ ያደራጁ የህወሃት የ40 ዓመት ጉዞ ጸር ተደርገው ተወሰዱ። ስለ ኢትዮጵያ ጥቅምና ኢትዮጵያዊነት ያሳሰቡ ጠላት ተደርገው ተፈረጁ። በስውር በአፈና፣ በግልጽ ህግ እየተጠቀሰባቸው ከጫወታና ከመኖር ተገለሉ። ብዙዎች እንደሚሉት “የጉዳቱን መጠን ህወሃትና የተጎዱት ቤተሰቦች ይቁጠሩት”!

ግንቦት ሃያ “የህዝብ የድል ክቡር ቀን ነው” በሚሉና “የህዝብና የአገር ውድቀት የታወጀበት የክፉ ቀኖች ሁሉ ድምር” ሲሉ በሚሰይሙት መካከል ሰፊ መከራከሪያ አለ። የመንገድ ግንባታ፣ የህንጻ ግንባታ፣ የኮሌጅና የትምህርት ቤቶች ግንባታ፣ የግድቦች ግንባታና የአባይ ወንዝ ልማት ወዘተ ጉዳዮች የግንቦት 20 ጣፋጭ ፍሬዎች ስለመሆናቸው “የቀኑ ወዳጆች” ይከራከራሉ። የቀኑ “ባሮችም” ይህንኑ ውዳሴ በማቀንቀን ታማኝነታቸውን ይገልጻሉ። በጥቅም የተደለሉ ሎሌዎች ስለሆኑ ይህንን ድል ለማስጠበቅ በግልጽና በህቡዕ አድርጉ የተባሉትን ያደርጋሉ።

በተጠቀሱት የልማት ስራዎች ላይ ተቃውሞ የማያነሱ የቀኑ “ሰለባዎች” ሰላምና መረጋጋት እንዳለ የሚሰብክ አስተዳደር ልማትን ከመስራት ሌላ ተግባር እንደሌለው ይገልጻሉ። አያይዘውም ጣሊያንም በ5 ዓመት ጊዜ ውስጥ በርካታ መንገድና ድልድዮችን መገንባቱን ያጣቅሳሉ። ከሁሉም በላይ ግን ኢህአዴግ በሚገዛት አገርና ሕዝብ ስም የተበደረውን የገንዘብ መጠን “ከተዘረፈው ውጪ” በማለት ከፍተኛ እንደሆነ ይናገራሉ። በሌላ በኩል ደግሞ “መንገድ መስራትና ህንጻ ማቆም የመብት ጥያቄን በጥይት ለመመለስና በደም ለመጨማለቅ ዋስትና ሊሆን አይችልም” በማለት ስርዓቱን አጥብቀው ይኮንኑታል።

በሌላም ወገን የተሰሩትን ህንጻዎች፣ የንግድ ተቋማት፣ የገንዘብ ተቋማት፣ ከፍተኛ ኢንቨስትመንቶች በማንሳት “የግንቦት 20 ፍሬዎች” ሲሉ ይሰይሟቸዋል። ሲያብራሩም “የነዚህ ሁሉ ሃብቶች መነሻና ባለቤቶች ህወሃትና ህወሃት ዙሪያ የሚሽከረከሩ ባለሟሎች ናቸው። የህዝብ አይደሉም። ሕዝብም አያምንባቸውም” በማለት ጥርስ ይነክሱባቸዋል። በዝርፊያ ሃብት የሚያግበሰብሰውን ኤፈርት ኢትዮጵያን “ንብረቶችሽን ባደራ ላስቀምጥ” የሚል እስከሚመስል የንግድ ኢምፓየሩን ማስፋቱን አብዝተው ይኮንናሉ።

የግንቦት 20፣ የቀኑ ወዳጆች ኤፈርት ላይ የሚቀርበውን ጥያቄ አያስተባብሉትም። ይልቁኑም ድርጅቱ ጓዳና ካዝናው የተለጎመ መሆኑ ያብከነክናቸዋል። አለው የሚባለው ሃብት ሁሉ የትኛው ቋት እንደሚቀበር ስለማይረዱ “የተሸውደናል” ስሜት አላቸው። ለዚህም ይመስላል የህወሃት ወዳጆች “ኤፈርትን ያየህ ወዲህ በለኝ” ሲሉ የሚደመጡት። በግልጽ አነጋገር ኤፈርት ፊት ለፊት ከሚያሳየው ሃብቱ ይልቅ፣ የማይታው ጉዱ ስለሚያመዝን በህወሃት ወዳጆች ሳይቀር አልሞ ተኳሽ (ስናይፐር) የተደቀነበት ነው።

አፈናው፣ ግድያው፣ እስሩ፣ ዝርፊያው፣ ከላይ ከተገለጸው በተቃራኒ አርሶ አደሩ ላይ የሚፈጸመው የመሬት ቅሚያ ሌላው የግንቦት 20 የጨነገፈ ፍሬ ተደርጎ ይወሰዳል የሚሉ አሉ። በተለይም ራሱ ህወሃት ሁሉንም በራሱ ደረጃ ለማሳነስ ሲል ያዋቀረው የቋንቋና ጎሳን ተገን ያደረገ የአገዛዝ ስልት ዛሬ ግንቦት 20ን እድሜውን ወደ ማሳጠር እያደረሱት ነው ሲሉ ያክላሉ። በዚህ አስተሳሰብ ላይ የሚተቹ ሰሞኑን አጠንክረው እንደገለጸት “የግንቦት 20 ወዳጆች ኢትዮጵያዊነት ከውስጣቸው እንዲወልቅ ተደርጎ በተዘጋጀላቸው የትምህርት እቅድ፣ ሥርዓተ ትምህርት፣ … መሰረት ወደ ጎሳ እየጠበቡ የግንቦት 20 ድል ‘ሰረገላው’ መድረስ የፈለገበት ቦታ ሳደርስ ሃዲዱን ሊያወላልቀው ይችላል”፡፡

40 – 23 ዓመት ላይ ያለው ኢህአዴግ ህወሃትን እያጀበና እየሞሸረ ወደ “መንገሻው” ለማድረስ የተሰሩበት የጎሳ ኬሚስትሪ እንደሚከለክላቸው የሚናገሩ ክፍሎች “የግንቦት 20 ድል እየተከበረ 40 ዓመት መዝለቅ ምናልባትም ከተረትም የወረደ ሟርት ነው” ባይ ናቸው። ህወሃት ለጊዜው ብሎ የዘራው የበቀል ዘርና በጎሳ ሳጥን ውስጥ ከቶ ያሳደጋቸው ወዳጆቹና በጊዜ የታሰረ ቦንብ እንደሚሆኑበት ምልክቶቹ ከበቂ በላይ እንደሆኑም ይናገራሉ። እነዚህ ወገኖች እንደሚሉት “ህወሃትን የሚበሉት ራሱ ያመረታቸው ፈንጂዎቹ ናቸው” በመሆኑም የዘንድሮው ግንቦት 20 አንጸባራቂ ጥቅስ “ለመጥበብ ብሎ ህወሃት የወጠነው የጎሳ መዋቅርና አስተምህሮት የህወሃት ፉርጎ የሚሄድበትን ሃዲድ እያወላለቀው ነው” የሚለው ይሆናል – “ጉድጓድ የሚምስ ራሱ ይወቅድበታልና”፡፡
